01. The order

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website under the “My Orders” section.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact us on info@nprfashionhub.com. We will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within seven working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations in India. However, COD orders may be subject to additional charges, and customers are required to make full payment upon delivery.

When do I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but standard delivery takes 5-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within India. We are working on expanding our shipping services to international destinations in the future.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent from our end. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Are the Pakistani suits authentic?

Our Pakistani suits are manufactured in India, inspired by Pakistani fashion trends, and manufactured using high-quality fabrics to maintain authenticity and style.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unstitched, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

How do I request a refund?

To initiate a refund, contact our customer support with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
