Delivery Areas We currently offer delivery within India. We do not deliver to international addresses outside of the specified areas unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Methods We use Delhivery for the delivery of all orders. You may be required to sign for the package upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment online.
Delivery Delays While we strive to deliver your order on time, delivery delays can occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, holidays, and issues with courier services). We will notify you of any significant delays and provide alternative solutions if needed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at the time of order. You are required to provide photos + Videos of the damaged items and packaging. Claims made after 2 days may not be eligible for compensation or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once the package has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
