Return:
If you are not happy with the product – no worries – we have 2 days returns policy.
-Only Unused, Unstitched Dress Material can be returned or exchanged if informed within 24hours of delivery.
-Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or return we will confirm request and refund will be processed in 7 – 10 working days
-Return Shipping will be borne by the customer.
-Stitched dresses can’t be exchanged.

How to claim an exchange or return
-You must have photographic proof of the product , which you need to whatsapp us on +91 90360 43848
– Claim should be reported within 24hours of delivery via whatsapp or e-mail.
– If your claim is accepted by us, you need to return product within 7 days of approval.
– We will Arrange return pick up from your place. Delivery charges will be paid by customer.
Refund
-If you receive any defected product from us you need to send photographic proof on on whatsapp +91 90360 43848 with order ID
-Once approved, you’ll have multiple refund options available, like a full refund, online coupons and even a partial refund if you decide to keep the piece.
Return Shipping Cost
For all returns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover shipping for the new product. However, in case of returns due to a defective product, we will add an additional INR.100 to the selected mode of refund as compensation for your shipping cost
Refund policy
We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have to contact us 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damaged after receiving by you, wrong orders placed by you (color / materials) are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
